Dave Kunz is responsible for the establishment, implementation, and management of the Sussex County Office of GIS Management. In his tenure at Sussex County he has also created the Sussex County GIS Data Cooperative program and developed GIS outreach programs which promote the use of and sharing of GIS data to local municipalities, watershed groups, and not-for-profit agencies. Since 1995, Dave has broadened his GIS knowledge-base in both the public and private sector and is currently Chairperson of the New Jersey Spatial Forum Executive Committee. His GIS experience includes: the development of new spatial data, metadata development, integration of field GPS or client-supplied data, design and implementation of planimetric and aerial photographic base map development along with experience in database development and integration.

Tamah Conover
GIS Analyst 2, Sussex County Office of GIS Management
Tamah Conover has been actively involved in the application and development of GIS technologies since 2005. She is an active participant in the GIS community within New Jersey and has partnered with external agencies to meet their GIS needs. Prior to joining the Sussex County government, Mrs. Conover worked in the private sector for 10 years in the field of database technology. Tamah received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Science in Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Tamah is married with a rambunctious little boy and after spending as much time as she can with her family and friends, free time is devoted to travel and outdoor activities.
Xavier Izquierdo
Database Administrator, Analyst
Xavier Izquierdo has well over 20 years of leadership experience with management and development of information and technology infrastructure. Xavier is responsible for optimizing the relational database management systems (RDBMS) for ESRI ArcGIS, Onbase document management system and other County systems. He is also charged with developing and implementing a County Wide schematic data flow to create the trunk of a data collaboration plan. Additionally, he architects and develops applications using industry standard Web-based platforms in various departments creating core business application standards meeting County business goals.
